A: Within 10 days to 2 weeks. With a 3 day grace period if needed.

A: Up to 3 months.
Q: How does King get my thoughts for my poem?
A: We meet face to face for about 20 minutes, OR a 5 minute digital file or VHS, followed by a brief phone consultation. Items are not returned.
Q: What is the cost?
A: For rush delivery there is a minimal fee
Q: Can I request a duplicate?
A: Yes. There is a $20.00 per copy plus shipping. No Frame.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the initial meeting. Balance is due upon completion and delivery.
